StemCore is supported by Bioplatforms Australia and NCRIS to provide stem cell-related services to Australian academic and industry researchers at a subsidised cost.

Pluripotent and Reporter Cell Lines

NIH-listed hESC (MEL-1, -2, -3 and -4) or hiPSC lines are available for purchase with a certificate of analysis.

$995/vial + GST

Reprogramming to Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs)

Starting with a variety of adult cell types (e.g. fibroblasts, MSC or PBMCs) we use genome footprint free methods to provide the client with well characterised, karyotypically normal iPSCs.

$2900-$4000 per starting donor sample + GST

Cell Banking

We can grow and bank your pluripotent cells to a high standard and perform a range of characterisations as requested.

From $1,500 for a bank of 50 vials with minimum characterisation + GST

Gene-editing

Using CRISPR-Cas9 based gene editing approached, we can work with you to design and implement your preferred strategy for mutation correction, knock-in/out, reporter line generation and many more.

From $3000 + GST

Pluripotent Stem Cell Characterisation

Assessment of Karyotype Stability

Using array CGH technology, we provide a determination of karyotype stability in human cells critical in quality iPSC or post gene-editing.

$400-$500 per sample + GST

Transcriptomic Analysis

Using array CGH technology and the Thermofisher PluriTest and Clariom assay, we can probe and compare the expression of over 20,000 annotated genes.

$190-$450 per sample + GST

Method Optimisation for Differentiation to Adult Cell Types

In monolayer or vertical wheel bioreactors, our team has experience differentiating pluripotent cells to cardiomyocytes, hepatocytes, neural progenitors and more.
